I started with an idea to improve technical support in the area. I saw many of the complaints people had about traditional computer shops and decided I could do it better by offering remote support, delivery, short waits, and in home consultations. I’m well aware that for most people, their computer is their lifeline and you can’t afford to wait. So, I travel to you, diagnose the issue on the spot, and fix it right then and there if possible. If it’s something I need a part for, I’ll have it delivered to your front door and come back to finish. I build relationships with my customers so that I’m their “guy,” moving forward.
