This is a completely mobile business, meaning that I come to you. I understand that many customers do not have the means to get to a computer repair shop, and I believe these people shouldn’t be locked out of service. Many customers have told me that they would rather have the work done in their home rather than dropping it off at a shop to sit for days or weeks.

 

However, if for some reason this arrangement doesn’t work, you can always drop it off at my shop. I’m very flexible and want to give you the best experience possible. Sometimes we don’t even need to meet at all, and I can solve your issues by remotely accessing your device and repairing it from home, saving us both a trip.

Since I have no store front costs, I pass those savings onto you. I have the lowest labor costs of any computer repair shop in the Dayton area. With a brick and mortar store, you're not only paying for the labor, you're also paying their rent.

Upgrading to a new computer or laptop and don't want to lose your data? Let me do it for you so that you can rest easy knowing it's being done professionally. I can also destroy any hard drives you want to get rid of and guarantee the information will not be recoverable.

If you need a security system or cameras set up for your home or business, I can install them for you. You can either buy your own, or go off of one of my recommendations, whatever works for you. I can also offer guidance on the best placement and consider other security concerns.

If your network seems sluggish even after having your internet service provider do everything they're willing to do to fix it, I can come out and optimize your network for you. I'll test to see if your problems are software or hardware related and make suggestions based on the results.
