FAQs

  • How did this company start?

This company was started with an older generation in mind. A generation who fought hard so that we would have the technological advances that we have today. We recognize that because of those sacrifices, that generation never actually grew up with a lot of the things that people take for granted now. A lot of folks nowadays had technology in their hands before they could even walk, and become frustrated with the people who made it all possible in the first place, and treat them like a nuisance. So, this company was created to deliver world class service to these fine people, free from judgement, and with the patience that they deserve. Though we started as a company with a dream of helping the generation who brought us all of this amazing technology, we understand that people from all walks of life may need help. Especially considering that they don't make this stuff easy.

  • How are your prices so low?

Since we are mobile, we don't have any of the overhead that traditional computer repair shops have. So, we pass those savings onto you.

  • It is a one time payment or is this a subscription service?

We tailor this to your specific needs. If you only need a particular problem fixed one time, of course you'll only be charged for that instance. However, if you often need help and need someone standing by, a subscription service would make more sense. For instance, if we build you a custom PC, or physically upgrade your computer. That would be a one time fee. If you need us to monitor for malware and do monthly tune-ups, that would be a subscription.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there are no contracts. You pay us for the work we do, and if you no longer need us, we'll miss you, but you can cancel anytime. There is no hard selling and no retention team. We don't believe in twisting a customer's arm to keep them around, we believe our work alone should do that.

  • What if what I need isn't listed in the shop?

No problem. All consultations are free of charge. The shop was built as a way to make it a lot easier to purchase fixes for common issues. If your issue isn't listed, it doesn't mean it's not supported. Just give us a call or schedule an appointment using our booking system and we will figure out a fair price for the service.

  • Are the technicians certified?

Yes, all of our techs are certified computer technicians.
